Biography
Dr. Mahmood Shafiee is a Lecturer in Engineering Risk Analysis at Cranfield University, UK. His expertise is in the fields of Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Optimisation, Inspection Planning, Structural Health Assessment, Aging and Degradation Modelling, Probabilistic Risk Analysis, Asset Management, and Warranty & Service Reliability. He has over ten years of experience in the area of Risk and Reliability Engineering within the Oil and Gas, Renewable Wind, Railway, and Manufacturing industry sectors. He has also published more than forty papers in top tier journals and conference proceedings. He has been plenary speaker and program committee member of more than twenty international Conferences.
